No refunds, either partial or in full, will be provided if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a trip for any reason after the trip has commenced. Similarly, no refunds will be granted for any unused accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, or services.
Trip Cancellation by Rope On Slope:
In the event that Rope On Slope cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be pleased to suggest an alternative trip or date. You will be promptly notified of the available options. You may choose to accept the alternative trip suggestion or request a voucher, which will be valid for one year and can be redeemed on a future trip of your choice. Any difference in cost for the new trip, if applicable, will be your responsibility. Rope On Slope assumes no liability for any additional fees, credit card charges, travel agency commissions (TACs), or any other travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight cancellations, railway expenses, hotel costs, visa fees, or onward travel arrangements associated with this trip. Refunds, in such cases, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
Missed or Unused Services:
Refunds cannot be provided for any missed or unused services during the trip, regardless of whether the termination was voluntary or involuntary. This includes situations such as sickness, the death of a family member, or late arrival on the tour.
Consequences of Trip Changes:
Rope On Slope shall not be held liable for any compensation or reimbursement for any losses resulting from the curtailment, alteration, extension, or cancellation of a trip due to any reasons whatsoever. However, it is expressly agreed that the maximum liability of Rope On Slope will be limited to the total trip cost paid to Rope On Slope.
